On-Campus Placement Drive with Moms Belief

Introduction:
On 15 May 2023, Mom's Belief, a leading provider of therapy services for children with special needs, conducted on-campus placement for occupational therapy students. A total of 30 students participated in the placement drive.

Selection Process:
The placement process started with a presentation by the Mom's Belief HR team, outlining the job profile, growth opportunities, and compensation package. The HR team also answered the queries of the students.

Following the presentation, the students were asked to submit their resumes. The HR team shortlisted candidates based on their academic performance, relevant experience, and extracurricular activities. The shortlisted candidates were called for an interview with the Mom's Belief team.

The interview panel consisted of the HR manager, therapy coordinator, and senior occupational therapist. The panel asked questions to assess the candidates' knowledge of occupational therapy, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.

After the interview, the panel evaluated the candidates based on their overall performance. The selected candidates were offered the job on the same day.

Results:
Out of the 30 students who participated in the placement drive, 20 were shortlisted for the interview. After the interview, 6 students were selected for the role of occupational therapist. The selected candidates will be posted at different Mom's Belief centers across the country.

Conclusion:
The placement drive was a success, and the students appreciated the opportunity provided by Mom's Belief to start their career as an occupational therapist. Mom's Belief's commitment to providing quality therapy services and the growth opportunities offered to employees made it a preferred employer among the students. We wish the selected candidates all the best for their future endeavors.
