B.Sc (Biological Sciences or Life Sciences)

Full-time Three-Year Course

First Year:

  • General Physiology

  • Blood and Body Fluids

  • Nerves and Muscles

 

Second Year:

  • Cardio Vascular System

  • Respiration 

  • Excretory System

  • GI Physiology

 

Third Year:

  • Endocrinology

  • Reproduction

  • Special Senses

  • Nervous System

  • Metabolism and Nutrition

 

Theory Examination: 

 

Paper I - General physiology, nervous system including nerve-muscle physiology, special senses

Paper II - Blood and body Fluids, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, renal physiology, skin and temperature regulation

Paper III - Recent advances, gastrointestinal tract, endocrinology and reproduction.

     A. Muscle Nerve

     B. Cardiovascular system

3. Mammalian Experiments

     A. Isolated organ bath/perfusion studies

4. Human Experiments

     B. Energy balance, metabolism, nutrition
