World Malaria Day
The Department of Pathology, Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad organized an event on World Malaria Day on 25th April 2025 with the theme “Understanding Malaria in Depth.” The programme, attended by faculty members Dr. Adreena Mittal, Dr. Swati Singh, Dr. Alka Dixit Vats, Dr. Richa Sharma, and Dr. Mansi Jain, along with 18–19 MSc. MLT Pathology students, aimed to spread awareness about malaria, its prevention, and recent advances. Students gained valuable insights into the pathogenesis, laboratory diagnosis, and preventive strategies of the disease. The feedback was positive, highlighting the event’s effectiveness in enhancing student knowledge and awareness about malaria.
