National Health Skill Conclave 2022
National Health Skill Conclave was conducted by the Department of Occupational Therapy of Santosh College of Occupational Therapy on November 2, 2022.
The session of Conclave on Occupational Therapy was performed by Dean Paramedical and Allied Health Sciences Prof. Dr. R.K Sharma and the topic of Conclave was Hand Splint- Orthosis.
The workshop was informative and engaging, providing practical tips and hands-on activities that helped participants learn about hand splints and orthosis. Participants were able to practice these skills through an interactive session and role-playing scenarios. The workshop also included a deeper understanding of the subject matter concepts that helped develop their skills and confidence in this area while performing hands-on learning. At the end of the workshop, participants left with a better understanding of the conclave topic of how to optimize their workflow for future progression. At the end of the session, the participants attended the question-and-answer session between the resource person and the participant. The total number of participants was 62.
Overall, the workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use Orthosis in their clinical practice.
