Is Personalized Medicine- The Future of Pharmacology
On 18th June 2025, the Department of Pharmacology, Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad, organized an engaging debate on the theme “Is Personalized Medicine the Future of Pharmacology?” at the Experimental Laboratory.
The event aimed to deepen students' understanding of personalized pharmacotherapy by weighing its benefits and challenges. Students from Allied Health Sciences participated actively, presenting well-researched arguments both for and against the motion. A faculty panel including Dr. Amit Singhal, Dr. Ajay Kestwal, and Dr. Sumit Singhal judged the debate on clarity, content, and presentation.
The session sparked great interest in pharmacogenomics and encouraged critical thinking. Students expressed enthusiasm for future academic interactions on emerging trends in modern medicine.
