International Day of Yoga
The Department of Radiodiagnosis, Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad, observed the International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2025 with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.” Held in the Anatomy Demo Room, the session witnessed the participation of 63 attendees, including faculty, students, staff, and dignitaries such as the Vice Chancellor and Deans. Certified instructors guided participants through asanas, pranayama, and meditation, highlighting yoga’s role in physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants reporting improved relaxation and focus. The event concluded with a commitment to continue promoting yoga as a healthy lifestyle practice.
