Hands on training on Radiation patient safety
On 13th June 2025, the Department of Radiodiagnosis at Santosh Hospital, Ghaziabad, conducted a Hands-on Training on Radiation Patient Safety to enhance awareness of radiation hazards and promote safe imaging practices. Organized by Ms. Neelam Rao and team, the session saw participation from 65 individuals, including faculty and students. The training covered ALARA principles, use of protective equipment, radiation monitoring, and patient communication. The event successfully improved knowledge, safety skills, and compliance with radiation safety standards.
