Educational Visit to Startup Mahakumbh 2025
The IIC and Department of Hospital Administration, Santosh Medical College, organized an Educational Visit to Startup Mahakumbh 2025 held from 3rd–5th April 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, under the theme “Unfolding the Bharat Story.” A total of 46 students and 6 faculty members (including Incubation Head Ms. Poonam and IIC Convenor Dr. Nidhi Bansal) participated.
The visit offered students first-hand exposure to India’s largest startup ecosystem, including interactions with incubators, government platforms like DPIIT, GeM, and Startup India, and innovative startups such as Dozee, Niramai, Ayu Devices, Krutrim, and Trestle Labs.
The programme enhanced entrepreneurial thinking, awareness of incubation and funding mechanisms, and opened opportunities for future collaborations, internships, and ideathons. Faculty and students reported highly positive feedback, emphasizing the importance of such experiential learning initiatives.
